It's always nice to see a new restaurant open up. The food and margaritas sound delicious.
I have one question: Given the known negative health effects of wood smoke, why use a wood-fired grill? (BTW, wood smoke makes up a whopping 30% of the Bay Area air pollution in the winter, so it is not a trivial contributor). Google "wood smoke pollution" "bay area" for more information. Hope you reconsider the wood burning.
